Shipping & Delivery
Standard Delivery Shipping
Peddler's Gifts provides standard shipping free to our customers by the carrier and method of our choice to arrive in about 3-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, holidays excluded. Orders placed on our website on business days before 3:00PM EST are shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:00PM EST or on non-business days are shipped the following business day.
Expedited Shipping
In addition to free standard shipping, UPS 3 Day Select and UPS 2ndDay Air shipping methods are offered at published UPS rates. The total weight of these items determines your shipping rate and an estimate may be calculated during checkout on our website.
Product Availability
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly via email in the event that a product has become unavailable or its availability date changes.
International Deliveries
We are not able to ship outside the US and Canada, nor to the US Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
Returns & Replacements
Peddler's Gifts has gone to great lengths to provide quality products from top artists and design studios at heavily discounted prices. Our discounts, coupled with providing free standard shipping for all products, precludes us from accepting returns for reasons other than damaged or defective merchandise.
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we will gladly provide a replacement. In the event the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued for the purchase price and shipping charges. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
Returning Merchandise
To return merchandise, please call Customer Service at (908) 753-6700 extension 550. You will be issued a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). When returning an item, please write your RMA number clearly on the return packaging. Pack your return securely and be sure to ship it via insured US Mail or UPS Ground. Retain your shipping receipt for your records.
Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment
Peddler's Gifts offers payment services through PayPal. PayPal is widely accepted as one of the safest and most convenient forms of payment available. Most major credit cards may be used as payment for merchandise through PayPal, as well as a PayPal account itself.
We also accept checks and money orders as payment. Please note that payment must be received prior to the shipment of any merchandise. All returned checks will incur a $35 bank processing fee.

Viewing Orders

To view your Order History, simply make sure you log in with your correct user information, by clickin the Account link located at the top right of every webpage. Once you've successfully logged into your account, a list of links will appear on the left side of the webpage. Click the link My Orders and you will be able to access your order history.

Updating Account Information

If you wish to adjust your account information, simply make sure you log in with your correct user information. Once logged in, you will be presented with you Account Dashboard.This dashboard allows you to quickly change your your account creddentials like name, email, and password. From here, you can aslo subscribe or unsubscribe from our reoccuring newsletter. The dashboard also presents you with the opportunity to edit your address along with additional personal information.
